Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal – Online Purchases

According to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code , the customer who makes purchases outside the physical establishment (such as via the website, telephone or WhatsApp) has up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to exercise the right to regret , without the need for justification.

To do this, you need to:

  • Request a refund by email or WhatsApp within the legal deadline;

  • The product must be unused , with the label and in perfect condition ;

  • The customer is responsible for proper packaging for return shipping.

After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund will be processed within 10 business days , depending on the payment method used.

2. Exchanges for Defective or Problematic Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 30 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with Art. 26 of the CDC .

Rules:

  • The product must be sent for technical analysis;

  • Once the defect is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange for an identical or similar item , or a full refund , at no additional cost;

  • Products damaged by improper use , incorrect washing or misuse will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges for Size, Color or Personal Preference

For exchanges motivated by personal taste (e.g. color, model, size), we accept requests within 7 calendar days , as long as:

  • The fabric or product is intact, with no signs of use and in its original packaging;

  • Shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Fraud and Misuse of Third Party Data

Têxtil Suíça condemns any fraudulent practices. Unauthorized use of third-party information , such as name, CPF, credit card, or address, constitutes a crime.

📌 According to Art. 171 of the Brazilian Penal Code , whoever obtains an illicit advantage to the detriment of another person, through fraud, commits fraud , the penalty for which is 1 to 5 years in prison , in addition to a fine.

Customers who make purchases using false information or fail to return products within the agreed terms may have their data forwarded to the appropriate authorities for criminal investigation and civil liability.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

When requesting an exchange or return, please inform:

  • Order or invoice number;

  • Full name;

  • Reason for request;

  • Photos of the product (in case of defect or discrepancy).

6. Refund Deadline

After the return is approved, the refund will be made according to the payment method used:

  • Credit card : refund in up to 2 subsequent invoices ;

  • PIX or boleto : refund to the holder's bank account within 10 business days .

7. General Provisions

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions described in this policy;

  • By completing a purchase with us, the customer agrees to all the terms described here ;

  • This policy may be updated at any time, without prior notice, for improvement and legal compliance purposes.
